1. Cat Pose (Marjaryasana)
Begin with your knees flexed right below your hips and your hands placed firmly on the mat. Round your spine up towards the ceiling as you inhale. Let your head drop a little, but dot force your hands.
Combine with Cow Pose (below), and be certain to exhale on cow pose and inhale on cat present.
2. Cow Pose (Bitilasana)
Begin the same manner as cat present below your hips and your hands placed firmly below your shoulders on the mat. While your belly falls towards the ground, as you exhale, raise your torso to the ceiling and your glutes. Also, lift your head to look before you.
3. Corpse Pose (Savasana)
Get your own body into sleep mode using a corpse pose, letting go of the worries of the afternoon, and focusing the attention on the human body and breath.
4. Plow Pose (Halasana)
Yoga Journal recommends staying to fall asleep easier. Lie down on your back, lifting your legs and then to the ground behind you, with your hands on your back for assistance or around the ground.
